Lira Buschman is proud to say that she was born, raised in and has never left Ottawa. Currently working as a Communications and Special Projects Officer, her career has seen her work in areas of administrative fairness and social justice for organizations such as the Catholic Immigration Centre, Ombudsman Ontario, and the Union of Canadian Transportation Employees. As an active member of St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church, she holds various leadership roles within her Christian community.
