Letter from a Community Organization

Applicants will be asked to provide a letter from a community organization supporting your application. The letter must outline your connection to this organization whether as a board member, staff member, member of the coalition or other affiliation.

Agree to a CRC and/or VSC

Applicants will be asked if they agree to complete a Criminal Records check and/or Vulnerable Sector check. If you are invited to the next round for interviews, you will be sent a record check form to fill out and submit, which is a mandatory requirement for a role on the council. Costs of the check will be covered by the Ottawa Police Service.
